Meet Suree, our talented chef and the heart of Suree’s Thai Restaurant. Growing up in Thailand, Suree learned the Asiatic art of traditional Thai and Isaan cooking from her mother, mastering recipes passed down through generations. Today, she combines her expertise with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to deliver authentic and memorable Southeast Asian flavours to our Perth community. After working at Royal Perth Hospital for many years, Suree has taken time off from RPH in 2025. She would be pleased to show RPH workers her Asian hospitality and Asian cuisine.
