All WA Seniors Card members are reminded that registration for the Cost of Living Rebate must be received by 31 May 2026.
The Cost of Living Rebate is an annual payment to WA Seniors Card members who have registered to receive the payment, to assist them with rising household costs.
WA Seniors Card members who have not previously applied for the Cost of Living Rebate must submit an application by 31 May 2026.
You can apply by:
👉Logging in or registering for an online account or
👉 Downloading the application form and submitting it to the WA Seniors Card Centre via email or mail.
Already receiving the Cost of Living Rebate? You do not need to reapply
If you have received last year’s Cost of Living Rebate that was paid in late July 2025 and your bank details have not changed, you do not need to apply again.
Registration is a one-time process and you do not need to reapply each year unless your bank details, residential address or circumstances effecting your eligibility has changed.
If your details are not up to date by the 31 May 2026, your payment may be delayed or you may miss out this year if we are unable to contact you.

Important information about bank accounts
Payments are made directly to your nominated personal bank account.
As per our Terms and Conditions, if you fail to notify the WA Seniors Card Centre of a change with your banking details, your 2026 payment may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to establish contact with you.
- Payment cannot be made until valid details are provided by you
- If updated details are not provided by 31 May 2027, your registration for the Cost of Living Rebate will be cancelled and will only be reinstated once you reapply.
Members are encouraged to check their bank details through their online portal to avoid any delays.
