1: Supply & Installation cost of $400 (plus travel surcharge if applicable) is required to be paid upon installation of the doorbell.

2: An NBN or 4G/5G mobile hotspot internet connection with Wi-Fi is required to operate the doorbell.

3: Smartphone must be less than 7 years old.

4: A Ring Chime device can be purchased for $88 supply and installed if phone-based chimes are not suitable. If Wi-Fi signal strength is weak, a Chime Pro which includes a Wi-Fi booster can be supply and installed for $118.

5: A $5 per month Ring subscription is required for 60 day recorded footage. Free subscription includes all doorbell camera notifications with live view and 2-way talk, as well as motion notifications.

6: Jobs over 20km from Leederville incur a $2/km surcharge, with the first 20km free. If applicable this will be automatically calculated and shown on your quote as a 'Service Fee - Video Doorbell Installation' line item.

7: 12 months warranty on parts and labour. Lifetime phone support.

8: Approx 1.9% credit card surcharge is automatically added to the invoice payable if using a credit card. Bank transfer after job completion is preferred.
