A morning tea and gym session hosted by the Department of Sport and Recreation. Edna’s Gym for the over 50’s will be hosting the gym session and provide seniors with ways to keep fit. Seniors should bring along a towel for the floor exercise. Floor mats are provided or seniors can choose to bring their own. After the gym session, Seniors can enjoy a healthy morning tea supplied by the Department of Sport and Recreation. Tickets are essential.
